Planning permission was secured for the transformation of a 1930s semi-detached rendered property, including the replacement of the existing flat roof with a new pitched roof over both semi-detached properties to enhance both appearance and longevity.

The house has been extensively refurbished by Marcus Bennett with Alexander Properties, with a comprehensive internal reconfiguration to create a generous, light-filled kitchen, breakfast and dining space centred around a striking lantern rooflight.

The scheme also included upgraded bathrooms, and the addition of pitched roofs over the porch and lounge bay window to create a cohesive architectural composition that complements the renewed main roof.
