TOWNHOUSES DEVELOPMENT, SALFORD

 

We obtained planning permission and building regulations for 13 townhouses in Salford for Oakbank Properties.  The site was located in a busy urban area and within a flood risk zone. The townhouses are designed in two terraced blocks and are 3 storeys high with lower ground floor integrated garages to accommodate any potential flood water. They all have four bedrooms and rear gardens and are now all rented out to university students.

Working together with Salford City Council and our clients, a contemporary approach was required that was able to appropriately reflect the site constraints.  The development is constructed from red brick and dark grey roof tiles with black UPVC windows.  We also managed any day to day queries from the site management team.
