This project involved the sensitive conversion of the former Peak Dale Methodist Church into residential use, with planning permission originally secured for three separate units. Working within the building’s historic fabric, the scheme required a detailed heritage assessment alongside careful coordination of ecological surveys, including bat assessments.
The current owner has since reimagined the space as a single private dwelling, complemented by a substantial, thoughtfully landscaped garden that enhances the setting while respecting the character of the original structure
